Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking for orders over $70.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily, we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe.

For Non-US Customers: Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times


United States: 6 - 20 days


United Kingdom: 8 - 20 days

Canada: 8 - 20 days

Australia: 7 - 15 days

Europe: 8 - 20 days

Latin America: 15 - 30 days

Other Countries: 15 - 30 days

Processing Times

Orders take 3-6 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

For US Customers: With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are already facing delays with shipping times, but it has come to our attention that the USPS is facing a backlog with deliveries which leads to longer delays. Unfortunately, these are events that are out of our control. Please see the articles from The Guardian and The Washington Post should you want to know more about the current situation with USPS.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from our system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don’t worry. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
